After spending the past few years leaving various pictures and anecdotes on facebook, we have decided to get a little more in depth and personal with our very own page!!! For those of you who may not know us (though I can't imagine why or how you would end up on this page), we are John, Jaime, and Conor "the 3 year old Spiderman" Kreft. We currently reside in Saint Louis, Missouri and spend nearly all of our free time traveling to destinations near and far to climb. Though St. Louis itself does not house any totally stellar crags, we are fortunate to be in this "ultimate hub" where so many amazing places are just a drive or short flight away. And though you would never suspect it, I have to believe that one of the greatest climbing communities in the WORLD exists right here in our cultured city, and there will be more on that to come... in the meantime you can check out our good friends at

We are the Kreft family, and these are our tales on and off the rock. We are far from your typical cookie cutter family, and hope to be living proof that adventure need not stop with the introduction of a little one, things just get a bit more interesting and a lot more fun!. Our greatest expeditions are yet to come and we look forward to sharing them with you!
